Integrated Front-Load Stability
Traditional bicycles suffer from steering flop and high-speed instability when loaded in front. The Ira Ryan Porteur utilizes customized low-to-medium fork trail geometry (40–45mm trail) and an in-house fillet-brazed rack attached directly to fork crown and dropouts.
Whether carrying groceries, camera bags, or daily work essentials, the weight sits low and central over the front hub, ensuring effortless one-handed riding and featherlight cornering.
- Custom Front Rack: Fabricated from 4130 tubular steel with optional removable fence.
- Internal Dynamo Wiring: Seamless braze-on routing from front hub to fender-mounted taillight and rack headlight.
- Full Fender Integration: Direct-threaded braze-ons eliminates rattling zip-ties and clamps.
- Drivetrain Options: 1x11 Shimano GRX, singlespeed/fixed, or Shimano Alfine internal hub.
