Race-Proven In The Mud

The Ira Ryan Cyclocross CX

Born from grueling wet weekends at Portland Cross Crusade. Razor-sharp steering for hairpins, high bottom bracket clearance for remounts, and a flattened oval top tube designed to rest painlessly on your shoulder during steep run-ups.

Pure Acceleration & Mud Clearance

When a course turns into a peanut-butter bog, clearance at the chainstays and fork crown keeps your wheels spinning while competitors clog up. Our S-bend chainstays provide ample room for 700x38–42c tires even with packed mud.

Tuned True Temper and Columbus tubing ensures explosive snap out of corners without sacrificing the vertical compliance needed to stay seated over frozen rutted grass.

  • Ergonomic Shouldering Top Tube: Gently ovalized profile for comfort over the shoulder.
  • Internal or Top-Routed Cables: Keeps shifting clean and out of the way of carrying hands.
  • Disc or Traditional Canti: Flat mount 140/160mm disc or classic Paul cantilever mounts.
